To make it easier, you probably also like to install the Multi Library plugin along with the Custom Browse plugin. Multi Library will let you define virtual libraries and Custom Browse will let you define browse menus that is limited to these virtual libraries.
Are you talking about color coding in the web interface or are you talking about the Duet (Controller) interface ?
