I've got a pair of A5's in my office, which is less than half the size of your room. They sit close to the wall and are played at a fairly low volume. Although they sound good by themselves, I have a subwoofer, which kicks in after a few seconds, and it really adds a lot when it comes on. With a sub, I think you could place the A5's anywhere you wish, so that might add some flexibility to your setup.
