Appologies for asking here again: I am quite sure that this have arleady been reported and maybe solved, but I do not find the solution. Seems I do wrong searches ... here is the problem:
At certain files - mp3 as well as m4a files, when playing them, squeezeserver (7.0.1) starts playing for a few seconds, but no sound can be heared (neither trough squeezebox nor through softsqueeze). After 4-5 secs it resets and starts again, but never any sound is there. It loops forever. The file can be played with mediaplayer and iTunes on the machine that runs the squeezeserver. Any help?
