Hi, This is the address (or the one a few lines below) SC queries for new SBC images. Sometimes when there's a new SC version number the appropriate directory doesn't exist on the update server yet and then you'll see messages like those:
Firmware: Failed to download http://update.squeezenetwork.com/update/firmware/7.1/jive.version So this site is not inofficial but more non-public as the code can change and SC will query another address then.
