I taught the git novice (http://swcarpentry.github.io/git-novice/) lesson remotely this morning. I'd like to fix a few things in it (clarifying some instructions, and just fixing some typos). The repo's readme directs you to https://github.com/swcarpentry/lesson-template for instructions on how to build it but I don't see anything there. I feel like in an earlier version there were more detailed instructions available. Where can I find these instructions?
