Does anyone here use europeregistry.com and know how to reach a clueful person?
I'm having a problem search for domains that I want to register in .co.nl. No matter what I search for, I get a long pause followed by being told the domain isn't available (which I know is hooey, per their guy on the phone). If I do the same searches under just .nl, it works just fine. The person on the phone put me on hold to check with someone else, but all that yielded was that I need to try another computer (despite me already having tried IE6 under XP SP2 as well as Firefox 3.0.4 under CentOS 4.7). The guy on the phone walked me through searching using the same steps I was already using (though I humored him) and, naturally, he gets the immediate result that the domains I'm looking for are available to purchase... so I wonder if it's either a "where on the 'net I am" or a "they have something coded in to their application that only works internally" kind of thing. ---- Jeremy Charles, N9VHT Epic's Computer and Technology Services Division [email protected] Phone: 608-271-9000 Fax: 608-410-5960 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
