A quick Google on "Outlook PGP plugin" throws up matches for free plugins.
I haven't checked whether they are current and maintained.  LOPSA folk
do you have any experience?

I am aware of Enigmail for Thunderbird.

We need to exchange e-mails with an outside agency, which has mandated the
use of PGP.  So that's my good reason :-)
