Contrary to the many sensationalized headlines, CentOS is NOT in
trouble. What is happening is that some internal issues came to a
head and the only way to force the issue is to make it public.

The person in question has not been an active member of CentOS for a
LONG time (a few years), and during that time the others who are
involved in the project have been going forward with business as
usual. The only reason this is an issue is because of the domain
ownership and paypal account

The point of this letter is to get his attention and force him to do
the right thing by turning over the keys to those things, since he has
no active involvement anyway.
