typically working someplace in a high-work environment in an expensive 
location. (e.g. Wall Street, London, etc.) and having some managerial 
responsibility is not uncommon.

If you look around, you may see positions on Wall Street at big 
financial firms that list a $250k salary, or the equivalent contracting 
rate.
