OK ... I have tried organizing files the way I want--I have renamed
them the way I want to reflect the Prologue and the subsequent
chapters. But it doesn't *stay* in that order. It gets put back in
alphabetical order. How do I fix this?
Sorry to take so long to respond. Was working on finals yesterday
and Monday. Have opne more to go.

This is very simple.
First, copy your mp3 files into any directory you choose. Get them
laid out how you like, then when you're finished getting all your
files lined up properly, go into the finder (you've probably used
it to copy your files, so I'm assuming you're already there).
Open the directory where you put your files/directories (assuming
you want that directory to be your top level directory) command-A
to select all items, command-c to copy them, then in the finder,
find your blank cd (it's usually called untitled cd) When it's
highlighted, hit command-v to copy your files to that directory,
and it will pop up with a dialog asking for disk title and burn
speed, and so on. When it's got all that, it'll burn the disk for
you.
You can also just go to the burn option in the finder file menu
(after you've inserted a blank cd) and it will prompt for info too,
but this one requires you to go there twice (I don't remember why)
and it'll burn away. This procedure is off the top of my head, so
there may be some errors. I've burned several cds and dvds this
way, and it's always worked for me, your mileage may vary.
