Audio Hiejack

Hello people, Ed Lopez here.  I just brought Audio Hiejack Pro, and I  
am a little new at this.  I can record using my iMic, pluged in to  
the USB of the Mac Minny, But I am not sure how to set up the program  
for recording in other applications like Reel player or streaming  
audio from iTunes.  Can some one on the list, tell me how to set this  
up.  They can tell me off list if they want to so they don't have to
