Actually, What wants is a bit more complex. For instance, if you have all the cursors following one another, using vo whether locked or unlocked will not act as a review mode. It is possible to have the cursors unlinked by default and it's possible to link them when needed or at least the mouse cursor with VO, but I'd not call this a "review mode" which is why I asked: "is it in the manual?" In other words, if it were a "review" mode", it would be in the manual and clearly marked as such. Also, in addition to the quick start, there is a getting started manual which lists lots of if not all vo keystrokes. We do not need a review mode because we have VO. As for moving all over the screen,

If we are referring to the "quick start" manual with key commands, nothing
found on a search for "suspend" or "review" or other such terms.  If a
different term is used or another doc the source, please provide the info
where it can be found.
