Hi all,
I send Jennifer's thanks for all the forth flowing wisdom. I just sent this option over, because even the apple people are stumped. No matter how many blank cds she puts into her machine she cannot find the location anywhere it is not showing up on her desktop. It is possible that her burn software is taking over, but this seems to be a work about no one has suggested as of yet.
My thanks for us both,
Karen

There is another way.

If you go to the menubar under file there is a command called new
burn folder. It creates a folder on your desktop or wherever you
are just like a new folder. There is one important difference, this
folder has a burn button on it much like an iTunes playlist would.
Unfortunately, the burn section is not coded for VoiceOver. I've
sent a message to Apple about this, just before writing this e-mail.
The section is one left click from the browser, between it and the
splitter. Once there are items in the folder you will have the Burn
option in the File menu. There is no hotkey for this command.
When you select burn the computer will ask for you to insert a blank
         disc.

        Hope this helps....
