One thing that might be useful for this list and Apple is too maintain a bug list along with a feature request list.
For instance, Calculator. (On my computer) if you set Calculator to Speak Button Pressed and Speak Result, I can hear Calculator with VO on and off, however I have a very long delay in hearing equal and answer. If I turn off VO then it responds as fast as you would think it should. For those with some vision I can see that the equal button remains deflated during that delay with VO. Someone provided the example that in mail app when creating an account it assumes a dotmac account and bypasses the first button to make an account selection. I think it would be good for us to do it for our own sake and advocacy and so that we can submit to Apple. I think distilling this info and posting on a web site along with other VO tidbits along with making sure the VO team is aware and invited in joining mail lists such as this would be very useful.
