Accessing things in the doc fast and easy. translation: fewest  
keystrokes

VO = ctrl+option
1) VO+D - go to dock
2) VO+I - item chooser
3) type first few letters of app
4) enter
5) up arrow to get into contextual menu

        From here you can add it to the doc, and set it to launch on log in.
