I'm not sure what you mean by "correction" but my impression is that
the "Special permissions" message was the bug and that Disk Utility
has now been fixed to handle this case. There is a KB article that
describes the fixes in 10.4.6 if you want more information but most
of it did not mean much to me.

As of yesterday's new build, when I run disc utility, instead of
