I imagine if its a twain compliant scanner it should, but I do not know the answer to this question. You would have to try something like image capture or something just to see if your scanner is being seen. You should have installed some drivers so assuming there's nothing really funky with them, it should in theory work. Sorry, I've never delt with the "all in one" devices.

Once you launch ReadIris you do need to set it from file to scanner. I can't describe exactly where the button is, but it is on the screen, I will check and try to give a better description, but I thought it would see it right off, but its been a while since I first installed it.
