parallels desktop and macintosh

hey all

does anyone on list use parallels desktop to run other operating  
systems on the mac apart from the mac OS itself?
if so, does this work with voice over, i.e. can one switch between  
mac and windows program automatically and ahve voice over come on  
when necissary, i.e. when switching back to the mac partition?also i  
assume i can set up parallels desktop on my own and isntall the  
operating system of choice with Voice Vovr feedback?
