Have you ever used the pdf2html conversion tool at trace.wisc.edu? I
don't know if it's still available, but I used to use this a lot
before I got accessible adobe reading to work reliably. Of course,
now on the mac it's not necessary except the links, kind of
disappointed those don't work.
So, if the trace center is still doing conversions, they may be able
to do what you need. If not, it may be a matter of loading them into
preview, selecting all, pasting into text edit, then saving as html.
