Hopefully it will allow what is called element navigation - where you can
jump field by filed heading by heading etc.

It's not the easiest thing to do, but I could navigate the form and
use VO keys to discern the fields or by counting over. I run into this
kind of thing a lot, so I've gotten used to first taking a look at the
entire set of fields and buttons and then taking the time to figure out
what is what. Again, not a simple task, but certainly doable. Perhaps
the next version of VO will allow this to be easier with improved
navigation.
