audio highjack pro question

hi all

if i want ot use audio highjack pro on an IBook macintosh, can i use the 
program to record mespeaking into the microphone, and, record the voice over 
output as well?
For example, if i say i will now go to the doc and press control command d, 
will the user hear ont he recording voice over say, dock?
