dp: I do not have this problem.


In outlook express, I can bang through about 100 messages in 30 minutes because I can very quickly hear the name, subject, and whether or not it's collapsed or expanded. Vo reads something like "disclosure triangle expanded, unread, date, name, subject." Way way way too much info.
dp: much of this is under your control.
