Thanks David. Since I already have sudo and su on both machines, I  
can't test this. Have you done this and does it work for both sudo  
and su? On one of my machines, I have one password for su and another  
for sudo; I think that happened when I was installing fink but I want  
to make sure that if people follow your directions they'll be able to  
use the same passord for both sudo and su.
