BookTransfer will go into the Application folder.
BookTransfer can be downloaded from my .Mac public folder. My .mac
username is gregkearney
To mount a .Mac public drive go to the following menu in the
finder: Go>iDisk>Other User's Public Folder...
enter gregkearney all one word
my public folder will be mounted to your desktop.
