Go to buy something, the first time yo do so you will be asked to set up an account. You can also do this with an itunes card but you will need sighted help to read the information off the card.

Enter the name of the artist or song you are looking for.
Navigate to the Song outline and interact with it then arrow keys to navigate teh list when you want to buy a song go to teh price field and use VO shift space to click the purchase button.
