Go to buy something, the first time yo do so you will be asked to set
up an account. You can also do this with an itunes card but you will
need sighted help to read the information off the card.

To use the store go to the ITunes Store item in the Sources
outline. Then go to the search function on the top tool bar easy
to get to with the item list search for blank search. Make sure
your mouse is following the VO cusor
Enter the name of the artist or song you are looking for.
Navigate to the Song outline and interact with it then arrow keys
to navigate teh list when you want to buy a song go to teh price
field and use VO shift space to click the purchase button.
