Ok, I know someone who is currently having fun trying to do this,
he's booting from the prepared DVD however he gets as far as the
"select language" screen and that's it. So the question is, does this
screen come up before you're supposed to hear the chime and then
press F5 to activate VO to assist with the rest of the installation
process?
Now I've told this person that (whilst he may be keen to try this on
a PC) the process of installing Tiger onto a PC is fought with
various problems, by the sounds of it the first problem this chap
will have is an incompatible keyboard but I won't try and read ahead
of what's actually happening so I'll just leave it at these 2
questions and home someone can shed a bit of light on the subject.
