Ok, well I could be wrong here as I don't have any WMA files on my system but I reckon what you could do if my experience with Itunes is anything to go by is to open all your WMA files in Itunes, select them all and then use the "convert selection" option in the "file menu" to convert to MP3 or whatever default format you have Itunes to import or convert to.
