Just some speculation on the RNIB's interest waning on Mac products.I know that Computer Room Services, a successful vendor of assistive tech in the UK, has been actively campaigning against Apple over the past few years, spreading a lot of false info. I've seen them doing this in a few places and lists. It isn't inconceivable that they may have done some damage with RNIB as well.
It's so sad.
