Question about runnig Windows and Mac OSX

I really want to get a Macbook but I'm concerned about one thing. I
would like an accessible piece of software that will allow me to run
Windows if I need to. I've heard of Bootcamp. Where can I get it?
Also, if Bootcamp is not accessible, are there any applications that
are? Thanks for the help.
