Leopard bundled with Parralells and windows

Hi guys.  I was just reading on the unofficial apple web log that mac  
warehouse has a deal where you can get Leopard, Paralells and Windows  
xp or Vista for $279.00.  Based on how often the subject of  
virtualization comes up on here, I thought some of you might be
