Hi VaShaun,
There are two ways to do this but I don't have complete info for
either. One is to use terminal to change the permissions of the
folder and the other is to interact with info, find owners and groups,
give everyone or at least you permission to read and write to the
folder and this should either unlock the folder or allow you to do
so. Were I you, I would go to terminal and delete the folder assuming
of course you can reconstruct it and that it is not important to your
system which in this case it is not. You will want to be sure that
you have root permissions in terminal in case you need them. To do
this, open from anywhere, >applications>utilities>netinfo mannager and
from the security, if it is not, enable root user. then you will want
to change the root password because I believe it is blank.

Listers some how I have locked myself out of a burn folder that I
created to burn a movie in. I don't know what hadppened, but when I
went to go and burn the disc it said I couldn't burn it because it was
locked. I checked the permissions and it said the lock check box was
checked and dimmed. Based on everything that I have rad I am suppose
to uncheck this box and all will be well. Because the item is dim even
though I am the administrator I can't change it. Can someone assist me?
