Hi Dan. You asked how to enable voice over at log in. In the
accounts creen in system preferences, there is a list called something
like account and log in options. Interact with this and press voice
over right arrow until you hear log in options group. Once you've
focused your vo cursor on log in options, then stop interacting with
the list and the option to turn on voice over at log in is in that
group somewhere.
