There is no way to ignore those buttons. They are there to allow
users to see what sighted users see. FOr example, if a teacher asks a
blind student to click on the "close" button, the blind user can
navigate to the button, and press it. You should not be able to get
to those buttons if you press (VOKeys-home), that will just take you
to the toolbar in most cases. Pressing (VOKeys-shift-home) will take
you to the first element on the window, which happens to be the close/
minimize buttons. However, there may be cases where you need to
actually press the "close" button to close a window.
