Copying a colunmn to the clipboard

Is there a way to copy an entire column to the clipboard?  I need to  
send out a mass email, and the quickest way to do that is to copy the  
inforamtion from the Email column and put it in the BCC field.  Is  
this possible using TAbles?  If so, what are the keystrokes?
