The .download prefix means it probably didn't finish downloading; an iso will take a little while to download and perhaps you quit it or your connection was broken. As for nothing happening, once it downloads, by default if you are using Leopard it would be in your Downloads folder as a .iso file; in Tiger by default it would be in Desktop; of course those can be changed in System Preferences. To do anything with that file, you either have to burn it onto a cd, open it and play the mp3 files, or start it in katieplayer or load it into the Victor Reader Stream if you have one.
