You get access to other sheets in tables with vo-downarrow maybe have to 
hit it twice but you land on a popup control that is for the sheets.  I 
found this by failing to move down successfully with just a down-arrow key 
press to move me into the next row so decided to try control-option-down 
and that's when I stumbled over the sheets popup.
