Hi Darcy, This is a really useful tip to reorder Automator actions, but I think that it only applies to Automator in Leopard. Do you hear the name of the Automator action that you've selected announced? Because under Tiger, the only place that you can move to apart from the elements of the action, is the button to delete, and you need to use VO-keys+H to hear "Remove this Action".
