keyboard shortcuts for navigating lists and tables

Hi all,

If I had a massive table, or maybe a list of mail messages say, is there a 
keyboard shortcut that I've missed to jump me to the top or bottom of that 
list?  To give an example, in windows home and end are often used for this.
