John, as far as I can tell, there are no events.  you get one sound for all 
alerts.

      OK, but do you know what event you are assigning that sound to?
That is the problem I am finding.  You hear the sounds, but as far as
I can tell, the actual event you can change your sound for is not
being spoken in the table.  Again, unless I am missing something or
misunderstanding you.
