off topic: return receipt in Mail

Hello.  My mom just got an Imac.  When she used Outlook in Windows,  
she was able to request return receipts for e-mails that she sent.  Is  
there a way to do this with Mail on Leopard?  She doesn't want to do  
this for every e-mail that she sends, just for certain e-mail addresses.
