If vo has been running for, perhaps more than 10 minutes in a sitting,
you could go into the activity monitor and in the table where it shows
the running processes, there is one called screenreaderd. In my case,
there has not been a single instance when I went into that dialog to
find that the only item on the list that was flagged as unresponsive
was the screenreaderd. I am pretty certain that this is a part of vo
because when I stop the process, vo turns off. When i restart it, it
works for about 5 or 10 minutse before randomly becoming unresponsive
and staying as such until it crashes which usually happens about 2 or
3 times per day particularly when i am working in html content or with
large bodies of text such as a macvisionaries digest.
Does anyone know why screenreaderd is always unresponsive?
