KB:  i can input all the info yet it says that it's a wrong password .

TK: Make sure that you are actually putting in your username in the username field. Usually, that is the stuff before the @ sign in your eMail address. Make sure your caps-lock is on or off depending on your password.

it also says that the port is a different one than the one i've input in the table. any thoughts?

TK: You normally shouldn't need to change that port information. Mail automatically puts the port info in according to Apple's port protocols. The only time it really needs to be changed is if you have some sort of Firewall set up that affects whether or not the regular port can be used.

Beyond that, is it pop or iMap or something else for your protocol?
