Hi Jason. Unfortunately you're not the first to experience this. The problem is that VO doesn't work with the itunes store window. So when you press the button to review your account, the infor for your account does come up, but VoiceOver can't see it. I think some people have managed to make this work under the windows version of itunes, but I've not tried it myself. But so far as I know, the only way to currently do this on the mac is to get some sighted assistance.
