You asked: I'm wondering if there's a quick way to add addresses to
Mail's database?... It doesn't seem to sync with addressbook.
TK: If someone sends you a message, Interact with the message header
area, navigate to the senders name, just to the right of the From,
this is also a pop-up, use VO-space bar to activate the pop-up and
then choose "Add to Address Book". Or, even easier, press cmd-y while
the message is open at it will add the sender to the Address Book.
