Got it. Here's the answer. Whatever account you sign in to first
will be the contact window you are in. You sign in in the same order
as your accounts table. There is no way to change the order of the
table so you just have to remember to make sure if you want to end up
in the AIM window when Ichat starts just add the AIM account first.
