It is confusing because of the new aluminum wired and wireless keyboard. If
you have a function key, you don't have a full-size keyboard in the same
sense as the previous generation keyboards; you have one of the new
keyboards which are not actually full-size in the strict sense. I believe
the fn key on your keyboard is where the help key used to be, but
unfortunately it does not work as insert. I googled this and the only viable
solution I found was to get a program called sharpkeys which will enable you
to remap an unused key for the windows xp "insert" function. I seem to
remember some discussion of sharpkeys either on this list or voiceover but
you will have to google it to find the program; I believe it's free. Don't
know about its accessibility.
