I believe you can do this if you get the voiceover plugin inserted
into the effects grid. This would allow you, if I'm understanding it
right, to highjack your system audio and mix it with your mic audio.
I believe in the property for the voiceover efect, you can mute the
mic audio thereby preventing the feedback. I haven't messed around
with this much, however, as I can't figure out an easy and reliable
way to deal with that effects grid.
I know this isn't that helpful, but maybe it'll point you in the right
direction.
