Hi Shaun, If you can go to the folder and play it in iTunes, what happens when you select the podcast episode in the Songs Outline, use Command+r to show it in a Finder Window, and then try to play it as though you had navigated there with Finder? I'm wondering if iTunes has somehow lost track of the episode's location in its database. But if that is true you also won't find the podcast file when you do the Show in Finder trick.
