Changing the start time of a file in iTunes

Hi all,

I downloaded the script that I think John made for restarting files at  
certain times. I put this into my library scripts folder, and there is  
nothing on the menu bar that VoiceOver doesn't announce. Just  
wondering how to change it manually then?
