I am emailing to ask if anyone has had this issue before. Of course I
shall expound on the issue.
ever now and then I come upon a PDF that seems to be accessible, but
when I open it up, vo interacts with it as it should, but it wants to
read everything letter by letter. I have received a bunch of PDFs for
this lobbying conference that I am going to this weekend and so I have
a bunch of examples if anyone would like to try them out. I can't
send directly to the list though.
I have found that I can open them up on the windows vm on my computer
and it reads them more or less as it should, I copied and pasted the
contents from the vm into text edit and it reads ok now, though it is
severely split up into different lines.
Does anyone have an explanation for this, and do we know if there is a
way to fix it?
You know in legislation they say that you should read documents
carefully and follow the rules to the "letter" but I think this is
going a bit too far!!:)
